We are seeking a high-end Graphic Designer who understands brand systems, has exceptional visual judgment, and can execute across both static and motion design at a premium level.
The Role
This role is for a designer with strong taste, discipline, and technical mastery. You will be responsible for shaping and executing brand identities, producing polished visual assets, and supporting video content where needed.
You will work closely with strategy, social, and leadership to translate positioning into cohesive visual systems. This is not a junior production role. You will be trusted with brand decisions.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Identity and Visual Systems
- Design complete brand identities including logos, typography systems, color palettes, and usage guidelines
- Create scalable design systems that work across digital, print, and social
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms
- Elevate existing brands without losing their core identity
Graphic Design Execution
- Design high-quality assets for social media, websites, presentations, print, and internal use
- Apply strong layout principles, hierarchy, spacing, and typography
- Maintain a refined, modern aesthetic aligned with each brand’s positioning
- Execute designs that feel intentional, premium, and timeless
Video and Motion Support
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social and web
- Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and text animation where appropriate
- Ensure visual consistency between static and video content
- Collaborate with strategy and social teams on video concepts and pacing
Creative Collaboration
- Translate written strategy into visual direction
- Provide creative input while respecting strategic constraints
- Take feedback professionally and iterate without diluting quality
- Maintain high standards across all deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 4 plus years of professional graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience creating brand identities from scratch
- Excellent understanding of typography, font pairing, spacing, and layout
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
Proof of Work Required

- A portfolio showcasing brand identity work, not just social posts
- Examples that demonstrate typography, layout, and system thinking
- Video or motion samples if available
- Clear explanation of your role in each project
